A white wine brewed from Petit Manseng and Albariño grown in our own vineyard in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Yeast from Lalman company is used.
The first white wine release of 24VT
Since the yield is still small, it was brewed by co-fermenting with Albariño from the same plot.
After lightly pressing with a whole punch, fermentation was slowly promoted at a low temperature below 20 degrees.
Characterized by a fresh aroma and the lively acidity typical of Petit Manseng.
Since the vines are still young, the characteristics are mild, but it has developed potential to look forward to in the future.
A variety to look forward to even in Kanagawa Prefecture, where rainfall is high and temperature differences are small.
