A white wine made from Petit Manseng and Albariño grown in our own vineyard in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Yeast from Lalman company is used.
The first white wine release of 24VT
Due to the still low yield, it was brewed by co-fermenting with Albariño from the same plot.
After lightly pressing with a whole punch, fermentation was slowly promoted at a low temperature below 20 degrees.
Features a fresh aroma and the lively acidity typical of Petit Manseng.
Since the vines are still young, the characteristics are subtle, but it has developed potential to look forward to in the future.
A variety to look forward to even in Kanagawa Prefecture, where rainfall is high and temperature differences are small.
