A lightly sparkling wine made using Muscat Bailey A and Black Queen grown in our own farm in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Pressed immediately after crushing, fermentation started with juice only.
Yeast from Lalman company is used.
Fermentation was promoted at a low temperature below 20 degrees to enhance the aroma.
A fresh and refreshing fruity aroma rises at the top, with fine sparkling bubbles stimulating the tongue, a moderate acidity, and a smooth drinking sensation, recommended even for those who are not fond of wine.
