This is a collaborative wine using grapes from our own farm in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, and MBA provided by 'Misawaen,' a historic vineyard in the city.
We co-fermented Misawaen's MBA with our own Merlot, Syrah, and others.
Yeast from Lalman company was used. The color is a dark garnet.
With MBA's mellow acidity and tannins, it is a fresh, smooth, and easy-to-drink wine with a light to medium body.
MBA, usually grown for fresh consumption, was specially prepared for wine this time.
High sugar content and color are signs of good grapes.
This wine is crafted with the expertise of a legendary farmer from Sagamihara.
