Kentoku Estate Winery / TSUDOI 2024 (White) 750ml
Regular Price ¥2,420This white wine is made by fermenting Muscat Bailey A, Pinot Noir, Koshu, and Sangiovese, grown in our own vineyard in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, separately by variety and then blended.
A blanc de noirs style white wine made from black grapes.
With fresh fruit aromas and a slight bitterness and tannins derived from black grapes, it has a light mouthfeel and a savory finish.
Yeast from Lalman company is used.
We named it "TSUDOI" hoping it would make reunions after a long time a joyful moment.
Pairing with meals is fun, but the best pairing is enjoyable conversation!
