Sansan Winery / Kakizawa Rose 2022 (Rosé) 750ml

We used 100% Merlot harvested from our own farm, Kakizawa, and finished it with a maceration method to achieve a deep rosé color. It has aromas reminiscent of violets and raspberries, with a sweet and sour freshness that also conveys a thickness and calmness akin to compote. It is recommended for the spring and early summer leisure season.
Enjoy it with dishes such as steamed clams in tomato wine and chicken stew in tomato.
