This wine honestly brings out the flavor of high-quality Koshu grapes, highlighting the individuality of the grape grower and the terroir.
Because of its simple production, the quality of the grapes grown by the cultivator is expressed directly. During tank aging, the harmony and depth of the components are enhanced, further improving the quality.
The color is a pale yellow, with citrus notes of amanatsu and orange, and a sweet fruit impression reminiscent of loquat and peach, making the aroma the most vibrant. The palate also has a subtle sweetness, with a well-balanced harmony of acidity, astringency, and bitterness, offering a flavor profile characteristic of sur lie aging. The finish is relatively long.
