Seven Cedars Winery / Koshu Cuvee W 2024 (White) 750ml
Regular price ¥3,080Sur lie method. Tank aging period is 7 months. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks.
During aging, batonnage (stirring of lees) was performed only in winter to mix the lees.
No tartrate stabilization treatment, no fining agents used, bottled with only coarse filtration.
To ensure that factors other than yeast do not significantly affect quality, we aimed for the simplest production possible, striving to maximize the individuality of the grapes.
The color is the palest and most beautiful lemon yellow. The aroma is somewhat subdued, giving a fresh impression of early-season mandarin, apple, and lemon.
The palate has a sharp acidity, with tannins and bitterness perceived as elegant.
The flavor is full-bodied, and this type of wine will have its aroma and taste qualities most prominently enhanced through bottle aging in the future.
