We began efforts to improve the quality of Cabernet Franc with the 2020 VT. In the second year, 21 VT, aiming for further growth, we waited until the grapes were fully ripe before harvesting. Printemps also includes grapes that are not very well colored, but it has a strength in aroma and flavor that you wouldn't expect from Japanese red wine. Although its taste goes against the trend, it became a valuable VT to understand the potential hidden in tetta's Cabernet Franc.
