A slightly deep ruby color. Aromas reminiscent of ripe red fruits, raspberry jam, cassis liqueur, and barrel-derived cocoa. There is also a refreshing menthol-like scent. It has a slight sweetness and gentle acidity. By waiting to harvest until the sugar content increased, the finish features moderate tannins and fruitiness that linger. It is also resistant to oxidation, allowing you to enjoy the wine for more than a week after opening.
