Regular Price ¥4,840It has been the 4th vintage of producing Pinot Gris as a single variety. In the 23rd vintage, we challenged ourselves with a new Petillant. Until now, we have felt the good compatibility between Pinot Gris and the land of Tetta, but by considering the young age of the vines and opting for Petillant, we were able to create a wine that highlights freshness.
From the experience of late harvesting in the 22nd vintage, we want to evolve to the next level.
A slightly orange-tinted lemon yellow. Aromas reminiscent of fresh and crisp acidity, such as green apple, kabosu, and shikuwasa. It has a dry taste with a clean acidity, and tannins from the grape skins add complexity. The volume of flavors is not large, but the components of the taste are solid, resulting in a satisfying wine. (With skin contact)
