We began working on improving the quality of Merlot in 2020 VT. In the second year, 21 VT, we became more conscious of how to deal with microorganisms and how to use barrels, taking into account the lessons learned from the previous year. I feel a gradual growth, but there is still much to be done.
"Autumn delayed the harvest and was made only with well-colored grapes. It stands out for its youthfulness, but it has become a red wine that promises to be enjoyable after aging."
