Whole cluster pressing, primary fermentation with wild yeast in barrels. Unfiltered bottling after one year of barrel aging.
Released after six months of bottle aging in the cellar.
Citrus, early spring blossoms, pleasant acidity, and a calm, long finish.
Enjoy a warm and gentle flavor.
