This is a red wine made from 100% grapes grown in Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture. Grapes harvested at the foot of Mt. Tsukuba at Bees Knees Vineyards are contract vinified. The fruit stored at 4°C is destemmed and crushed, then cold macerated and fermented before pressing. For Overdrive [2018], it is soaked in oak chips at 1.5g/L for 4 weeks to add oak flavor.
