In late October, when the first snow fell on Mt. Gassan, fully ripe Merlot was handpicked and slowly aged in new French oak barrels.
In 2023, we were blessed with good weather and harvested fully ripe grapes.
Harvested at the perfect time when the seeds resembled roasted nuts and aged in French oak (used barrels).
A blend of Merlot, Syrah, and Pinot Noir with fruity flavors, gentle tannins, and a soft, pleasant taste that is elegant.
