Wine made from grapes grown in our own approximately 1.5-hectare vineyard overlooking the sacred peak of Tsugaru, Mount Iwaki.
In 2020, we began experimental production of sparkling wine with secondary fermentation in the bottle using Chardonnay for the first time, and by the 2021 vintage, we achieved a quality we are satisfied with.
The appearance is a shining straw color. Aromas of lemon and white peach fruits rise, along with complex nuances of almond and vanilla.
A mellow mouthfeel with rich fruit flavors and fresh acidity spreading throughout. A finely crafted, pleasant, and elegant wine that lingers long.
