In the town of Makioka, located northeast of the Kofu Basin, there is a hill called Hayabuyama. The grapes used are exclusively Muscat Bailey A from the contracted farmer, Mr. Hideo Kubota, who has fields around an elevation of 680m on Hayabuyama. This wine is carefully brewed and aged, resulting in a high-quality and profound flavor. The aroma is fruity, evoking strawberries, raspberries, and white peaches, with floral notes that also spread in this rosé wine.
