A collaboration wine between world-renowned Hong Kong-based sommelier Rees Choi and Vinoble Vineyard & Winery. The first release of "Project 933," themed around the "connection" between Japan and Hong Kong. 
Limited to 900 bottles blending estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. 

Fresh aromas of squeezed lime and grapefruit citrus, herbs, tropical notes of lychee and passion fruit.
The refreshing character of Sauvignon Blanc followed by the rich fruitiness of Semillon. A smooth, honey-like texture with gentle, assured richness.
Pairs well with acidic dishes using citrus or vinegar with fish and vegetables, as well as rich Western dishes featuring thick fruit flavors with butter or milk.

The wine brand name "Project 933" combines Hong Kong's international dialing code "+852" and Japan's "+81," and is sold exclusively in seven countries and regions including Taiwan and Finland.

② "Vinoble Vineyard / Project933, Chardonnay 2023 (White) 750ml"

A collaboration wine between world-renowned Hong Kong-based sommelier Rees Choi and Vinoble Vineyard & Winery. The first release of "Project 933," themed around the "connection" between Japan and Hong Kong.
Limited to 300 bottles made from estate-grown Chardonnay. 

Aromas of citrus fruits like lemon, grapefruit, and lemongrass.
A rich wine with fragrant aromas of vanilla, toast, and nuts. Enjoy the lively acidity, clean finish, and the fusion of fresh fruit and oak.
Recommended pairings include shrimp tempura, fried oysters, and meunière of white fish.
