Using Koshu grapes from Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture, the umami and aroma are brought out through skin contact and low-temperature fermentation. Additionally, after fermentation, it is aged sur lie (in contact with lees) for about 5 months, adding umami and complexity. This is a dry white wine rich in fruit flavors, characterized by refreshing citrus and La France pear aromas, lively acidity, and a subtle astringency.
