This is a petillant white wine made using Yamagata Prefecture's seeded Delaware grapes, with fermentation occurring in the bottle. It is a dry petillant that harmonizes the elegant aromas of apples and La France pears with a refreshing acidity.
We recommend starting by enjoying the clear upper layer, and gradually mixing in the sediment as you continue to drink. The flavor will change depending on the amount of sediment mixed in.
