This is a pétillant white wine made using seeded Delaware grapes from Yamagata Prefecture, with in-bottle fermentation. It is a dry pétillant with a harmonious blend of floral aromas like apple and La France pear, and a refreshing acidity.
We recommend starting by tasting the clear upper layer, then gradually mixing in the lees as you drink. The flavor changes depending on how much lees are mixed in.
