Manz Wine (Katsunuma Winery) / Imayo 2016 (Rosé Sparkling)
Regular Price ¥3,190A dry sparkling wine produced by Mr. Takuro Tatsumi, the president of the "Japan Wine Lovers Association." It is made using wild grapes that have grown naturally in Japan since ancient times and the representative Koshu variety, crafted using the Charmat (Cuve Close) method.
This wine features a rich flavor that harmonizes the tartness of wild grapes with the delicate taste of Koshu grapes. You can enjoy the long-lasting, delicate, and smooth bubbles that are created by the carbon dioxide produced by the yeast, which is incorporated directly into the wine.
"Imayo" means "something trendy." This wine, made from a representative grape variety of Japan, was named with the hope of popularizing the "spirit of Japan" in contemporary Japan by Mr. Tatsumi.
