Hand-picked and immediately destemmed after harvest, followed by natural fermentation. Seyval was macerated for 8 days, while Neomuscato was macerated for 3 days before pressing, combined with direct-pressed Delaware. Aged for 2 months, with 2 rackings, bottled without fining, filtration, or added SO2, and Niagara is added just before bottling.
The hue is a clear lemon yellow. Tropical aromas reminiscent of grapefruit and pineapple rise up, with a refreshing herbal nuance akin to cinnamon. On the palate, a sweet, roasted hazelnut flavor spreads, and the exquisite blend of four types of grapes adds depth to the taste with a faint bitterness. It has a light body and a soft mouthfeel, resulting in an elegant wine with a lively balance of acidity and umami.
