Harvested from the vineyard at the Sun Farm Tōmi agricultural facility in the Kurakake Shutsujō district of Tōmi City, at an altitude of 760m.
A lightly sparkling wine made from Niagara grapes. In 2023, despite the high temperatures and low rainfall in midsummer, we were able to harvest fully ripe grapes with balanced acidity. Compared to usual years, the fruity flavor of the fruit stands out more, combined with the fresh aroma unique to Niagara, resulting in a high-quality wine.
