The stone fermentation tank is a historical brewing facility designated as a registered tangible cultural property of the country, and it is an underground fermentation tank made of granite stone, produced in 1901.
In an era when temperature control technology like today did not exist, we can see the efforts of our predecessors who worked to stabilize fermentation temperatures using geothermal power to produce higher quality wine.
This wine has a friendly taste with aromas and acidity reminiscent of strawberries, along with soft tannins.
