I want to protect the historic Ryugan. I want to ensure its survival and development. I want to expand the range and possibilities of brewing with Ryugan. This is the only orange wine made from Ryugan in Nagano Prefecture, created with that desire.
Clear salmon pink. A soft red fruit aroma reminiscent of cherries, with a hint of smoky notes like flint. The mouthfeel is gentle and smooth, with a firm acidity and a subtle astringency that tightens the palate from the mid-palate.
