Knitting [とじいと]. We put the desire to create a gentle, never-tiring wine woven with connections to various people and the warmth of this region into this name.
A red wine brewed using Merlot and Syrah from our own vineyard in South Shinshu, and Cabernet Franc from Azumino City. It has aromas of black fruits such as prunes and plums, with a hint of spice and herbs. Due to the cool climate at an altitude of 720m, it has a modest volume. A wine with a soft texture that is pleasant, blending light acidity and silky, moderate tannins.
