The Chardonnay, carefully harvested from our own vineyard, underwent barrel fermentation in French oak barrels, followed by malolactic fermentation in the barrel, and was aged in the barrel for 9 months.
This is a well-balanced, rich wine that allows you to feel the aroma of the barrel within the fruitiness.
