A serious rosé wine made by Villadest Winery using Pinot Noir from their own vineyards.
Made from 100% Pinot Noir grown in our own vineyard. After destemming and crushing, the juice is left in skin contact overnight to fully extract the pigments, resulting in a beautiful rosé wine with a slightly orange-pink color.
The aroma evokes the fruitiness of strawberries and cherries, with a taste that features moderate acidity and a firm structure.
This is a dry rosé wine that pairs well with a wide range of dishes, from appetizers to main courses.
