The "Mido Wine Grape District," planted starting in 2019, is one of Japan's largest expansive vineyards, covering about 27 hectares cultivated by 11 growers. From the approximately 3-hectare vineyard cultivated by Villadest, the first batch was made using grapes harvested in 2023.
Aroma with notes of citrus, white flowers, honey, and hints of tropical fruit. Reflecting the intense heat of 2023, the acidity is mild, dry, with a slight sweetness.
This is a well-balanced white wine with a straightforward fruitiness, matured in stainless steel tanks.
