We use Shine Muscat grapes from Yamanashi Prefecture. When you take a sip, the aroma of Shine Muscat spreads throughout your mouth. The taste is dry but also soft, enhancing the sweetness of the ingredients. It pairs well with fatty white fish sushi and ethnic cuisine. Recommended for those who enjoy aromatic wines.
[Winemaker's Comment]
Through fermentation with the grape skins, we expressed the unique characteristics inherently possessed by Shine Muscat grapes. A very small amount of sulfur dioxide was added before bottling to ensure a clean secondary fermentation in the bottle.
