Fermented in oak barrels, it was aged for 6 months in a sur lie state while undergoing batonnage. Fermentation was carried out using wild yeast without the use of cultured yeast.
The aroma features fruity notes reminiscent of pear and pineapple, along with scents of butter, nuts, and roasting. It is a fresh-tasting, elegant wine with a fruity character.
