Carefully cultivated by dedicated farmer Mr. Kosaka in the Hosaka area of Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, this wine uses specially selected Muscat Bailey A grapes. It undergoes cold maceration and ferments with wild yeast, followed by malolactic fermentation in small barrels and slow aging.
The rich and vibrant aroma of ripe berry fruits blends harmoniously with the vanilla scent from the barrels. The flavor is full-bodied and robust, offering a complex and long-lasting finish to enjoy.
