This rosé wine is made from Muscat Bailey A grapes grown in a vineyard adjacent to the "Yanase Takashi Memorial Anpanman Museum" in Birafu, Kahoku Town, Kami City, Kochi Prefecture.
Birafu is a relatively cool area in Kochi Prefecture with a large temperature difference between day and night, making it suitable for grape cultivation.
Clear pink color. Aroma of stone fruits and candy. Off-dry (medium dry) with moderate acidity.
