The year 2022 arrived after a heavy snowy winter. A calm spring, a brief rainy season and a "return of the rainy season," followed by a properly hot summer that raised expectations, but after the Obon holiday, autumn came without any clear skies. Amidst this, the Sauvignon Blanc reached its harvest period. While there were challenges in the vineyard, the fermentation process in winemaking proceeded smoothly, and we made efforts to maximize the grape's potential without compromising quality.
A rich aroma of diverse fruits such as lemon, lime, and tropical fruits, along with herbs, spreads abundantly, and the crisp, expansive acidity that continues to the end tightens the flavor.
