Our first attempt at a Pinot Noir rosé. Pinot Noir, a popular grape that requires careful cultivation and has a smaller growing area in Takayama Village compared to other varieties, was boldly used to create this rosé wine.
A beautiful pale cherry blossom color, yet it overturns the preconceived lightness typical of "rosé" wines with a rich, full-bodied finish. The dignity of the queen of black grapes, Pinot Noir, is also demonstrated here.
