Chardonnay from Takayama Village, Nagano Prefecture, was sourced from two producers. The base wines, each made using different fermentation methods, were blended in the best ratio and bottled.
This is a refreshing dry white wine with citrus aromas like lemon, featuring fresh acidity and rich fruit flavors.
'Hoshifuru' was named after Hara Village, where the winery is located, inspired by the 'Starry Village'.
