We have produced an authentic rosé wine.
It is fermented using the natural yeast "wild yeast" originally present in the grapes.
During cultivation, we communicated with the grapes, listened to their voices, and hoped that by sincerely caring for everything, we would receive a good response. With these special feelings, we named it Kannagara (惟神).
With a gorgeous aroma that spreads in the mouth and a rich flavor, it can be enjoyed even more when paired with Japanese cuisine.
