Merlot from Fuefuki City and Merlot, Bailey Alicante A, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon from our own managed vineyard in Makioka Town, Yamanashi Prefecture, fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 13 months in barrels. Before bottling, a small amount of 2018 Muscat Bailey A is blended in.
Deep and vivid color with aromas of vanilla, along with fruit scents like cassis and plum.
A full-bodied red wine with soft yet prominent tannins and rich umami flavor, offering a mellow finish.
