This wine is made from 2024 vintage Delaware grapes grown in Yamagata Prefecture and brewed on Omishima Island. Fully ripe, beautiful Delaware grapes are soaked with their skins and fermented with wild yeast to create an orange wine. It offers a sweet aroma and a well-balanced bitterness, making it a versatile orange wine that pairs well with a wide range of meals.
The "Delaware Orange Wine Made on the Island" from last year's vintage won the bronze prize at the Japan Wine Competition.
