Albariño grown in the Ajimu Hill Farm Oomio field was fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks for about three weeks.
A glossy yellow color. The aroma is mainly stone fruits and citrus, with an elegant scent reminiscent of linden and honeysuckle, and faint hints of shells and mineral nuances. The attack is somewhat strong, spreading juicy fruit flavors, with lively acidity and minerals forming the backbone of the wine. The finish has slight bitterness and saltiness, offering a dry white wine with a deep and rich taste.
