Muscat Bailey A is a variety that is fruity and reminiscent of sweet candy and strawberries.
In addition to the usual rosé production, we used a winemaking method called carbonic maceration, which is used for Beaujolais Nouveau, resulting in a wine overflowing with a charming impression like freshly picked strawberries and a subtle banana aroma.
