Iwasaki Brewing / Chateau Honjo Aged Muscat Bailey A Kurenai Ni Niofu 2007 (Red)
Regular price ¥3,740This red wine uses Muscat Bailey A, a grape variety widely cultivated in Yamanashi, and is bottle-aged in an underground cellar. Its flavor is profound and relaxed, inviting you to enjoy the passage of time while sharing a cup with someone. For this reason, we borrowed words from the eighteenth section of the early Heian period poetic tale "The Tales of Ise" and named this wine "Kurenai ni Niofu."
The label was created by Juri Ando and is titled "room." It depicts a corner of a garden, where the three-dimensional effect born from the limited colors and the white and red petals that seem to express the changing chrysanthemums resonate with the taste of the wine and the poem "Kurenai ni Niofu."
