Fermented using early-harvested Koshu grapes.
Features refreshing Japanese citrus aromas and a crisp acidity.
② Wine blended as a supplement
Fermented using late-harvested Koshu grapes.
Features aromas like apple honey and a pleasant bitterness.
Aged for 6 months in sur latte (horizontal) position. No disgorgement. 3 atmospheres.
