Based primarily on the hybrid variety of wild grapes, we have expertly blended Black Pegal, wild grapes, and Kokuho No. 3.
The hue is a beautiful pink with a reddish tint, dominated by the aromas of strawberries, cherries, and red fruits.
A refreshing and fresh impression. It has a slight bitterness and complexity, finished with a somewhat dry taste, making it a food-friendly sake.
