The dominant aromas are of lime and grapefruit-like citrus and citrus peel, mixed with refreshing herbal notes reminiscent of green apple and fennel, along with nuances of flint. The flavor has a solid fruitiness accompanied by a salty taste, a tension that makes the mouth water, and a structure of acidity akin to biting into a lemon. It has a crisp, refreshing finish that does not convey the thickness of the body from the alcohol, making it enjoyable even in the hot summer with its refreshing quality. It is bottled without clarification (with filtration), and while a small amount of sediment may be observed, it does not affect the quality.
