"Deshio Winery," which was born as the first winery in the Kushiro and Nemuro region, has produced "Wa ~NAGI~" using 100% Yamakou from Lake Kussharo.
"Disikutsu Winery cultivates healthy grapes without using any pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers, and incorporates hot spring water into the cultivation process."
This is a natural wine made using 100% of those grapes, slowly fermented with wild yeast, and carefully produced with a minimal amount of preservatives.
This is a deep red wine where the unique aroma of Yamazaki harmonizes beautifully with its complex flavors.
