Muscat Bailey A grapes grown in Asahi Town, Yamagata Prefecture, were harvested in early November as a "late harvest" after waiting for the sugar content and fruit flavor to fully ripen. To bring out the unique characteristics of the Muscat Bailey A variety, the grape skins were soaked in the juice through a process called "skin contact," and the wine was slowly fermented at a low temperature. This dry rosé wine features a sweet and floral fruit aroma combined with refreshing acidity, creating a flavorful experience. Enjoy its versatile pairing with a wide range of dishes.
