The Muscat Berry A variety cultivated in Asahi Town, Yamagata Prefecture was harvested in early November after waiting for the sugar content and fruitiness to fully mature, using the "late harvest" method. To bring out the characteristics of the Muscat Berry A variety, we performed "skin contact" by soaking the grape skins in the juice and allowed it to ferment slowly at low temperatures. The result is a dry rosé wine with a sweet and floral fruit aroma combined with refreshing acidity. Enjoy the "marriage" with a wide range of dishes.
