Brewed from Muscat Bailey A carefully cultivated in Hosaka Town, Yamanashi Prefecture, using the cold maceration method※. It has a rich aroma of fruits such as strawberries and raspberries, with soft astringency spreading as umami in the mouth, making it an easy-to-drink style red wine. Please enjoy it slightly chilled.
※Cold maceration method: A brewing method where destemmed and crushed grapes are soaked at low temperature in a tank for several days before fermentation, promoting the extraction of flavor components during subsequent fermentation.
