After brewing, it was aged for 12 months in barrels: used Limousin barrels and new Tronçais barrels.
The clear stream Kamanashi River runs through Hakushu. The fine sandy soil carried by this river continues underground in the farm where it was cultivated.
Characterized by a powerful richness and sharpness.
