100% Cabernet Sauvignon from contracted farms was used.
After brewing, it was barrel-aged for 12 months in Limousin barrels used for many years and new Tronçais barrels.
The clear stream that runs through Hakushu, the Kamanashi River. Fine sandy soil carried by this river continues underground in the farm where it was cultivated.
It features a powerful richness and sharpness.
