Made with 100% Koshu grapes from Yamanashi Prefecture. By fermenting together with the skins and seeds, we have maximized the charm of the Koshu variety.
A pale and beautiful orange-pink hue. Aromas reminiscent of mandarin oranges and pink grapefruit, with deep scents of rose dried flowers, roasted green tea, cumin, and agarwood spreading out.
The flavor has a clean acidity, and the pleasant bitterness that lingers in the aftertaste enhances the sweetness and umami of the fruit.
