A medium-bodied wine made solely from our estate's Almonoir, a hybrid variety of Cabernet Sauvignon and Zweigelt.
Aroma reminiscent of pepper and currants, with a pure fruit flavor that evokes a sense of coolness.
The mineral taste characteristic of the Almonoir vineyard overlooking the sea is also a feature of this wine.
Focusing on pairing with seafood, we aged it in the bottle for 18 months without barrel aging.
It still has youthfulness, so it is a wine that can be enjoyed even more as it ages.
